  • We are thrilled to provide custom design work, as well as edge to edge designs.

  • There is a flat rate of $.025 per square inch for pantogram designs.

Meaning that if a 60 × 80 inch quilt is a total of 4,800 inches, the cost would be $120.

Custom designs are charged at $0.0375 per square inch.

  • There is no minimum charge.

  • All seams should be iron pressed flat, to decrease the chances of bunching or folding during the quilting process. All backing and batting should be at least 5 inches larger than the quilt top on all sides.

If you feel REALLY generous, consider sewing a straight line on each side of the quilt top!

  • We are happy to do that for an extra fee of $6 per seam.

  • We are more than happy to do so for an extra fee of $8.

  • You are more than welcome to send your own preferred batting, or you may purchase batting through us!

  • We can easily finish your quilt with binding for an extra fee of $0.20 per linear inch.

    Meaning that 50 + 50 + 60 + 60= 220

    220 multiplied by .20 equates to $44.

We are only able to machine stitch binding at this time.

  • Absolutely!

We accept quilts from anywhere, and ask that should you not be close enough for direct pickup or drop off from us, that you send your quilt materials in a plastic bag in a cardboard box.

When returning your quilt, we will send it back to you via USPS Priority mail, which includes $50 insurance.

Should you wish to increase the amount of insurance, let us know, and we will do so.

You are responsible for shipping charges to and from us, should you choose to go that route.

  • We pride ourselves on fantastic turnaround times, and can estimate 2-4 weeks.

Should you need your quilt completed and returned sooner, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate.

  • In our quilt intake process, you will receive an estimated cost for each project.

When the quilt is completed, you will receive an invoice to the email listed on the quilt intake form.

For local clients, we accept cash or check.

For those outside of a 30 mile radius, we accept major credit cards and ACH Bank Transfers (through Quickbook Payments).

Should the final cost differ from the estimated cost (for example, overnight shipping), you will be contacted before moving forward.
